Product Description
PLUNKTIKA TOWER SET-UP
STEP ONE – Build a Nest
Put sticks STRAIGHT through the tower and in every hole in ONLY the top two rows on all sides.
(This forms a “nest” of sticks inside the tower)
STEP TWO – Insert All Sticks
Randomly insert the remaining sticks BUT ONLY use two sticks on each level.
(Only two sticks even on levels with three sets of holes)
STEP THREE – Fill the Nest
Pour all the marbles into the nest and decide if the winner will be the player with the least marbles or the most marbles at end of round.
STEP FOUR – Cover and Play!
Place the instruction card on top of the tower so players can’t see where the marbles rest during play.
(Play begins by taking turns pulling ONLY NEST STICKS until the nest is completely gone)

Plunktika
Love this game. The kids I work with really like playing it. It is a bit time consuming putting all the sticks in, but still a great game nonetheless. You can use any totika question cards with this game.

Simple and effective ACT therapeutic tool with groups
It was easy to set up the game and the rules are simple to learn allowing for quick teaching. Most of the questions are relevant and encourage a discussion utilizing ACT principals. Negative: there were 12 Covid-19 related questions that are no longer relatable. When someone gets those they can select any color like a wild card.

Clients enjoy playing
I’m a therapist who works in mental health with teens and adults. Teens like to play this more than the adults, but it does take a long time to set up compared with how long it takes to play. Wish the questions were more varied.

It was everything it said, we like it!

Poor playability
I have other products by this company which I use as an aid in counseling sessions. Unfortunately, this one has poor playability due to the sticks easily sliding out the other side before play can even begin. I have not encountered this problem with other like styled games(Kerplunk for example). So it is a nice concept, but too frustrating to easily utilize. The jenga style and cube stacking games by this company are good choices for adding some play into therapy sessions. This particular one, however, is only going to end up being played as pick up sticks.

Doesn’t worth it
Sticks are too thin comparing to the size of the holes and looks very fragil.
