A well made and quality book stand
This book stand is well made, a good size, has solid metal fixtures, adjusts just by pulling (with some force) rather than with tools, rotates and adjusts in every way you might want, and has arms to hold the book or pages solidly and without breaking. The bed is plastic laminate, which is fine. The main thing I wanted is a well functioning item, which this is, with the key operative parts made of metal and well designed and affording lots of options. Overall a very good book stand.

Wonderful book holder
The quality of this thing is so insanely good I cannot help myself but write a review about it. It’s solid with good weight and just has this really slick pro feel about it. And you can adjust the tension of how tight the joints are as well as the swivel, with a provided Alan wrench. It looks great and it is great. I bought this to hold sheet music so that I didn’t need to use a music stand in my small room. I can just sit this on a desk and put my music on it. Works great. I’m actually ordering another model from this company now for use with a drawing tablet, as the little arms to hold the pages are great for book pages but get in the way for other things in my opinion.

iPad and device users: this is for you! No more neck pain.
I wanted an elevated, adjustable holder for my iPad. I searched “tablet stand” and ordered one that listed a lot of compatible devices, including mine. Sadly, it couldn’t support my iPad without tipping backwards. I decided to search book stands and found this. It delivered today and it’s PERFECT! It is very sturdy and holds my iPad IN IT’S CASE with room to spare on the 63/64” deep ledge. The page holder legs are an added bonus on bracing my iPad case when it’s open. You can adjust the height, the angle of your device or book and the base will rotate with an audible click. It is wide enough to hold my iPad and my iPhone. It will fold but I leave it on the tray table of my recliner because I will use it so much. I do everything on my devices: shopping, reading, recipes, email, games etc.. it was critical for my neck health to find a stand that holds my devices at eye level. This stand absolutely solves all my issues. I used it to type this review and it was steady with no chance of tipping over.

This is a very sturdy book or laptop stand. I bought this in anticipation of reading lots of textbooks to prepare for the CPA exam, and I’m very pleased with how well it works. I’d guess it can easily hold over 20 or 30 pounds. The paper holder things are nice to have, and it’s not very heavy. It can fold up and be stored in a backpack or bookshelf easily also. I’ve started to use it as a laptop stand as well.

Awesome with caveats
First, I love the stand, it is taller than most, very sturdy metal and support that won’t sag.There are only two things to note and be careful with.1. The frame is screwed into the wood, I can see where this has the potential to rip apart if you do not adjust it by gripping the metal, and you only grab the wood and put all of that pressure on the screws and wood.2. The page clips will only handle 25mm of pages …. no big deal, just don’t be disappointed that it’s not the 40mm advertised because it does hold this 40mm book easily, just not the page holder. Again, no big deal just be knowledgeable.

Large enough for my Life Application Study Bible
I LOVE this! It is sturdy and holds a large book, (my study Bible), or a big dictionary.I haven’t even played with it yet to try all the moves it can make. I have been using a plastic book holder which I had for years and keeps falling apart every time I use it. This book holder is beautiful and very well made. And the price is surprisingly low.

Useful, stable stand
This is a well-made, helpful stand. I use it on my desk when I need to refer to a document, book, or my iPad. It is heavy enough to provide stability. I like the angles I can adjust it to. It is tight so that I had to pull quite hard to unfold it but I appreciate the foldability is not loose. I’ve used it three times and I’m happy with it. Time will tell how well it does long term.

This is every bit as useful as I had hoped it would be.I read a lot of academic books, and my hands get tired holding them open, and I needed something to hold them open when I want to make notes, and this makes all of that stress free, so I can just read, make notes, never lose my place, and not have sore tired hands.It has a nice weight, I love that I can turn it, adjust the height and angle of it, and it even looks good when it’s not holding a book (not that this happens often).
