I like, but …
This is a nice bag. I strictly use for travel. Holds enough well… wallet, passports, etc. Lots of pockets, but filling them all will make bag heavier. Plus, you can carry a 24oz water bottle. I wish it were a little bigger, but… it’s the size of a medium purse. To me it’s just enough. Sturdy, well made. Good zippers. Great organization. Comfort… don’t over fill.

Great size and security for Travel
I bought this bag for a trip to Italy after I heard about all the pick pocketing issues (which we never experienced btw). I love everything about this bag! It’s a great size for all your essentials and even to carry small purchases made. It’s sturdy with lots of compartments, and I love that the zippers hook to make them harder for someone to pick pocket. I had no issues getting it unhooked necessary. Carried my money and cards in one of the inside zipper pockets, that was only accessible through the hooked top zipper. I felt secure and never had any issues fitting everything. Highly recommend this bag for the quality, versatility and security.

Safe bag for travel that doesn’t scream “tourist “
In planning a trip to Paris I searched for a handbag that would work. Pickpockets are epidemic in Paris as in many urban areas. Most travel safe bags look so frumpy and telegraph “tourist”, which ironically makes you a target!I am very very picky about handbags. Like Goldilocks picky! This one is big enough for more than just a passport and lipstick, but not so big stuff gets lost or the bag gets too heavy. It is well organized. It has RFID protection and lots of nifty foils for thieves like locking zippers and slash proof straps and fabric.And it’s good looking! I have been using it as an everyday bag to get used to it pre-trip and I am really enjoying it.The strap tends to slip off my shoulder if I have it like a shoulder bag due to the stiffness and smooth fabric, but, I will carry it cross body when I travel.I purchased a “used, like new” bag at a discount, and it was just a return, unused item. Just like brand new, and I appreciate the $$ saved. More $ for croissants!

lots of room and pockets
Overall, I felt very protected carrying this purse while overseas. It is large and has many pockets, some labeled with RFID protection. One thing I would change is the location of the interior water bottle holder. You have to fully open your purse in order to get to the water bottle area. That leaves your purse open for thieves. So, I just moved my water bottle to the opposite side and only had to open my zipper a little bit to access it. But since the bottle wasn’t secured, it kept getting lost inside. Also, there is a small change purse that is hooked on to another hook inside of the purse. I used this feature the most and was very happy for the hook because the small purse would get buried in the purse under all the items I carried. The lowest pocket on the outside of the purse was difficult to get in and out of, so I used that the least. This bag does not seem is waterproof (maybe water resistant?), so I used Ziploc baggies to keep my outer items dry. But overall, very sturdy and useful. I’ll be using it again.

Light weight, Sturdy, Roomy and Slim
I don’t travel much, although I do carry a lot in my purse. This purse works great! I have used it exclusively since October of 2021. It is very sturdy, as I walk through snow, sun, and rain with it loaded to get to work. I love the adjustable strap that I use mainly as a crossbody. It has plenty of strap length if I wanted it even longer. I wear it over my heavy winter coat. It still looks like new inside and out. I do not baby it, and set it on floors or in the trunk of my car. I thought it might look cheap as I usually prefer leather. Since it isn’t showing wear and tear, no smudges, it looks good. I like that it isn’t fat and bulging, it has a slim appearance, even though it holds plenty, even a folding umbrella and water bottle, in addition to the usual. It is somewhat plain in looks, not attention getting, just extremely useful and durable. I just ordered another Travelon purse in a lighter color. Excellent Brand!

Perfect size
Just returned from a week-long trip using the Travelon Classic and it was great – roomy without being overly large, and with enough pockets to keep things organized. The latches on two of the zippered compartments gave me an added sense of security.

Love This Travel Bag
This bag is just right in size for me. I’m 5’ 1” and didn’t want a bag that would overwhelm me. I took pictures of the bag because sometimes for other bags. I just can’t find the size measurements in the description. This one has it but I decided to post it anyway. I really like the inside water bottle holder not too keen on the ones that have it on the outside. I’ve been using it as my regular everyday bag and just love it. I’ve always liked bucket bags. Like the inside rather large zipper pocket and the 2 slip in pockets for my phone or thin wallet.If I had a dislike it would be that I wish the outside front pockets were a little deeper than 5 inches or at least one could have been deeper.I guess it’s just personal preference here and I’m sure some people find it just right. It’s a keeper for me and I highly recommend it to anyone. The blue color is really nice too, more like a Navy I haven’t used the safety locks yet and when I first removed from the box while unhooking it found it to be kinda awkward and a little difficult. I think the clips are small and my chubby fingers have a hard time moving the lever to unhook it. But I know it’s there so one day I will be using it.

Hardware is defective
The protective fabric of this purse looks nice, as in nice enough to carry while traveling or not. And if the hardware served its purpose, this would be a great travel purse, but it’s not. The locking mechanisms that should keep someone from surreptitiously unzipping the pockets contain small springs. One of the springs came out of the mechanism within the first week, making the locking mechanism unusable. On another zipper, the ring to which the locking mechanism attaches is sewn on in such a way that you have to physically move the ring out of the way in order to zip the compartment. If my window to return this purse had not closed while I was traveling, I would return this purse and not order another Travelon.

Got this bag to go on a trip to Europe. Was able to fit in a small water bottle inside with no problems. Lots of useful pockets and great security features. Easy to use even for everyday.
