These are standard size, light weight and firm blocks for yoga practicing. They have a few colors that you can choose and they are not too bright. Mine came with a little bit of small scratches on the sides but that’s not a big deal at all. In a nutshell, great value. Highly recommended if you’re looking for good and affordable yoga blocks.

These are of the same quality as some of my more expensive sets of yoga blocks. The purple color is very pretty. I recommend these to anyone looking to get a quality set of yoga blocks at a good price. The additional stretch strap is a nice addition!

Practical and Pretty
The blocks have the correct firmness for “sits bones”, just enough texture to not slide on smooth surfaces, though I kept the cellophane wrap on mine at first when I was attending a public class, for sanitation.The blocks serve double duty for me at home, where I have a stool that’s too tall for my legs. Now I can sit there comfortably without my legs dangling. Lots of other uses, even for the well made strap included. A worthwhile buy!

Yoga Block and Strap Set
I needed a yoga block for physical therapy exercise. This block is sturdy and well made. The surface texture is easy to handle and helps with support. The deep rose color is very appealing. I have not needed the yoga strap but it’s handy to have. Being in my 70’s it’s nice to have options. I’m glad I bought this set.
