    Better Than Most
    There is a lot about this journal that I like however there are some parts of it that do not make sense. It has quite a few redundancies and the order of things could be a little better. I have small handwriting and use an app to track my actual intake, then put the meal totals in here for quick reference so the lack of room to write doesn’t bother me so much. I would love it if they would make the pages into optional packs in a reusable book.

    Overall it’s a nice tracker. However, it is nearly impossible to write what you need to write in the tiny sections. I will be looking for one that better suits my needs.

    Much smaller than advertised
    I like the layout of this planner. However, the pictures they had shared led me to believe the pages were much bigger than they were. Some of the pages I will not be able to write in because I cannot write that tiny.
