Easy-to-Read Large Dial: The large dial is easy to read and includes three zones with ten scales, making it very straightforward to understand.
Immediate Moisture Reading: Insert the probe into the soil, and without waiting, the dial will immediately display the moisture level. You can then decide whether your plant needs watering based on the measurement. Do not leave this moisture meter in the soil for more than 5 minutes, as the metal tip will gradually corrode.
Less Damage: A single probe causes less damage to plant roots compared to double or multiple probes, and when you remove the probe after testing, it won’t bring out much soil.
Usage Precautions: Do not use it to test very hard soil. Do not test water or other liquids. After testing, please wipe the probe clean.

Instant Read, Saves your Fingernails
Why didn’t I buy one of these sooner? It reads moisture instantly and is accurate in its reading. It has truly helped me improve the health of my plants by monitoring and responding to their moisture levels. It is SO much better than shoving your finger in the dirt, only to be stuck with soil under your fingernails. The display is a good size and easy to read. Perfectly functional for what I needed it for!

I have several plants in my NYC apartment. They all have different watering needs that change quite often.My apartment is very hot. And soil dries up pretty quickly.This really help me keep the plants happy.I’m able to easily read the moisture in the soil. It’s small enough for all the plants.This is my second purchase. The first one fell and stopped working. So it’s not very durable.

No batteries. I’m not sure how it works but it does. I’m not great about watering my plants. I tend to ignore them until they are so dry. Now I can check them easily. No more thinking I just watered them

Very Useful and Handy tool!
This is such a small item, but performs a great purpose! My plants were too dry or too wet and hard to keep just right. Now I can stick this small tool in the soil of the plant and can tell perfectly whether it needs more water or not. Works great!

Very helpful. Also so easy to use. Inserted into a couple of house plant pots that looked dry but the hydrometer showed they were moist so needed no more water. It was right and showed the result instantly.
