Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise specified by the individual vendor.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  3. Vendor-Specific Policies: Some vendors may have additional terms (e.g., shorter return windows or restocking fees). These will be noted on the product listing. If no specific policy is listed, this standard policy applies.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact us at contact@sowhealthandhappiness.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return within the eligible timeframe.
    • For faster processing, include photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. Vendor Review: Since we work with multiple vendors, the specific seller will review your request. We’ll notify you of approval or denial within 5 business days.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label or instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by Shop Health and Happiness only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
  4. Refund Issuance: Once the vendor receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Perishable goods (e.g., supplements past their expiration date due to customer delay).
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product listing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
  • We’ll coordinate with the vendor to provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, it will fall under the standard return process.
